Merridian Home Furnishings is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a sales-driven team. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement processes that improve efficiency and guest experience.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of previous retail management experience required.
• Previous sales experience with proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent team building and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or relevant field preferred.
