Job summary

Farmers Home Furniture seeks a Group Manager to recruit, lead, and develop Store Managers, driving sales, profitability, and strong customer relationships across multiple stores. You’ll coach staff, monitor KPIs and credit reports, and ensure compliance with company policies while fostering community involvement and brand loyalty.

You will conduct on-site visits, manage payroll budgets, and train managers in operational excellence, inventory control, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration field; seven (7) years experience in retail management or supervision.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates staff, including performance appraisals.
• Oversees and manages a group of stores and store managers; plans schedules.
• Ensures stores meet profit and sales goals; analyzes reports and KPIs.
• Promotes community involvement to build trust and drive foot traffic.
• Recruits and develops Store Managers and Trainees to strengthen talent pipeline.
