Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. The attorney will manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and prepare for trials, coordinating with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, be admitted to at least one U.S. state bar, and bring experience in complex litigation.

• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess venues for filing.
• Support settlement efforts.
