Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Scranton, PA to manage and lead complex litigation matters from drafting pleadings to trial preparation. You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure adherence to court orders and firm standards.

The role requires a JD and at least two years of litigation experience, with preference for exposure to coordinated proceedings and sophisticated mass tort dockets.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation matters.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
