The role collaborates with paralegals and case managers to ensure court orders and firm standards are met. Candidates must hold a JD, be admitted to at least one U.S.

state bar, and demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD required with strong knowledge of civil procedure.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategies for mass tort cases.
• Draft and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venues for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
