Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join their Tucson, AZ team. The role involves managing pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation while collaborating with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, at least 2 years of litigation experience, and strong skills in litigation technology and complex matters.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience; substantial complex litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
