Job summary

BCG Attorney Search's Chandler, AZ office seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex litigation matters, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation.

The role offers leadership opportunities in coordinated proceedings and requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as state and federal civil procedure knowledge. Experience with MDL, ECF, and litigation tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to at least one state bar.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
