Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Mesa, AZ to manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and support trial preparation. The attorney will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The role requires JD, bar admission, and strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Office and litigation technology.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one US state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
