Job summary

You will work with Azure, Windows Server, AD, firewalls, and VPNs to maintain uptime, security, and reliability while contributing to automation and compliance initiatives in a SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting production infrastructure environments.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and related infrastructure technologies.
• Experience supporting endpoint security, access management, or vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting systems, procedures, and technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a hybrid infrastructure environment spanning colocated data centers and Microsoft Azure.
• Assist in ensuring system uptime, reliability, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking equipment, firewalls, VPNs, and related infrastructure services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues impacting availability, security, or performance.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, and system improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, system inventories, and operational procedures.
