Airbnb seeks a Market Manager to grow and healthly expand HotelTonight and Airbnb supply in the Phoenix region. You will manage hotels, optimize setup, discounts, and availability, and drive market presence through collaboration with product, policy, and sales teams.

A strong track record in sales, account management, and partner support is required. The role requires base in Phoenix with regular travel (~every 4–6 weeks) and a passion for Airbnb, travel, and sharing economy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing a book of business.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply data in daily work.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, policy, legal and support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory to surpass quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and reviews to strengthen partnerships and provide timely service.
• Implement strategies to manage thousands of hotels in the region.
• Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Leverage data to identify strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop and implement engagement projects in your territory.
• Collaborate with product, communications, policy, legal, tax and support teams for market success.
• Learn local market trends to inform internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand technical aspects of software partnerships to aid hosts and guests.
• Represent Airbnb in meetings with Hotels and industry conferences.
