AAA Mountain West Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Manager, Travel Partners to oversee partnerships across tour, cruise, hotel, airline, and destination categories, driving annual business outcomes and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and supervise partner relations and campaigns.

The role requires a strong track record in travel partnerships, people management, and strategic execution, with hybrid work and proximity to the Phoenix office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a service environment with project management and operations, including 2 years in the travel industry and 2 years in direct people management.
• Experience in cruise or hospitality sectors preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in the travel sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day partner relationships and strategic plans across tour, cruise, hotel, airline, and destination categories.
• Drive campaigns, cooperative marketing, and revenue-enhancing promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Travel Marketing, and Operations for execution and alignment.
• Lead and develop Product Specialists to maintain high team productivity.
• Prepare quarterly reviews and report KPIs to stakeholders.
