You will engage with vendors, partners, and customers to uphold Airbnb standards and respond promptly to requests. With a growth mindset and multilingual communication, you will defend recommendations and guide guest

Qualifications

• 6+ years operating in a similar Hotel Manager position.
• Multilingual communication and confident in managing inquiries.
• Growth mindset with a focus on guest experience and operations.

Responsibilities

• Step in on additional duties that support the wider Airbnb mission
• Balance independent work with effective contract team collaboration
• Keep the AZ engine running while you rebuild parts of it
• Represent Airbnb professionally with vendors, partners, and customers
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner
• Close the loop on every Flagstaff request you touch
• Push back, respectfully, when a Problem Solving shortcut will cost us later
