Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Field Service Technician for the Phoenix, AZ area. You will install software and hardware at client sites, train users, and create job aids for administrators. Travel within the service area is required, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule.

A company car is provided within the first year; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are needed. COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of DB connectivity and record set manipulation.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Understanding of network configuration, operating systems, software, and hardware.
• Ability to analyze hardware and software problems.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals at customer sites.
• Provide end-user training and create job aides for client administrators/operators.
• Contribute to revenue growth through sales leads and billable services (commissions).
• Deliver solutions remotely and onsite.
• Work independently and make decisions with minimal direction.
• Stay up to date on Pitney Bowes industry knowledge.
