Job summary

Uline, a North American distributor, is seeking a Sales Manager in Phoenix to lead an experienced field team and drive growth.

You will recruit, develop and manage 8–10 representatives, conduct joint sales calls, and partner with national sales to implement strategies with field travel up to 50%.

Requires 10+ years in sales/sales management, strong leadership and coaching, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 field representatives.
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.
• Partner with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvements.

Schedule

• Monday and Friday - Uline AZ sales office.
• Tuesday - Thursday - Sales team visits in the field.

Position Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 field representatives.
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory. Ability to travel outside AZ up to 50% of the time.
