Job summary

Uline in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive strategies that help customers find solutions while keeping Uline growing.

Based in Phoenix, you will recruit, develop and coach 8-10 field reps, work with national accounts, and travel up to 50% to visit customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of sales/sales management experience with leadership and coaching.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.

Schedule

• Monday and Friday - Uline AZ sales office.
• Tuesday - Thursday - Sales team visits in the field.

Position Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 field representatives.
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.
• Partner with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory. Ability to travel outside AZ up to 50% of the time.
