Job summary

One Medical is seeking a physician to join our full-time, on-site team in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care, delivering care in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health.

You will collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, participate in Clinical Rounds, and have opportunities to perform in-office procedures while supervising NP/PA colleagues and pursuing multi-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with broad needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via occasional tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP/PA colleagues and credential in additional states.
