• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in project operations or development management in DER.
• Experience with DER project workflows, permitting, BESS, Solar, PV, PPAs, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful financial and client outcomes for projects in the development cycle.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and preconstruction; matrix management.
• Manage vendors and contractors, including contract management and administration.
• Deliver budget outcomes according to schedule and scope.
