Qualifications

• Demonstrated commercial banking relationship-management experience.
• Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and portfolio-management skills.
• Evidence of originating business and developing deposits.
• Established business relationships or referral networks in the Phoenix market.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.
• A relationship-oriented approach to business development.
• Experienced producers and developing relationship managers with strong credit foundations may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial relationships through direct calling, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Originate and structure C&I loans and related commercial credit.
• Bring operating deposits and broader banking relationships to the bank.
• Analyze borrower financial performance, repayment capacity, and credit risks.
• Partner with credit and support teams through underwriting, approval, and closing.
• Manage portfolio quality, renewals, and ongoing client needs.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through treasury management and other banking services.
• Contribute to team development and profitable market growth.
