Qualifications

• Strong understanding of C&I lending and relationship management.
• Proven success developing new commercial business and growing a profitable loan portfolio.
• Strong financial statement and cash-flow analysis skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex relationships and navigate sophisticated financial conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of C&I commercial relationships.
• Proactively identify and pursue new commercial lending opportunities in Phoenix.
• Build long-term relationships with owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
• Structure, negotiate, and present credit facilities balancing client needs with sound credit principles.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, balance sheets, tax returns, debt structures, and overall business performance.
• Expand relationships through deposits, treasury services, cash management, and other banking products.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
