• Oversee one large Phoenix-based client and support Directors in talent and service delivery.
• Provide operational oversight and escalate issues to the SVP or responsible MD.
• Engage senior-level clients with consultative skills to anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure effective service delivery and talent development.
