RRD is seeking a Senior Business Director to lead a large Phoenix-based client and support talent and service delivery initiatives. The role requires strategic leadership to anticipate client needs, identify opportunities, and work closely with Operations for delivery excellence.
The position reports to the Sr. VP of AMS Legal Services and involves travel (~10%), with an onsite-first schedule and evolving hybrid work requirements.

This individual is primarily responsible for leading/managing one large Phoenix based client while supporting the locally based Directors focusing on talent and service delivery. The BD will provide operational oversight to ensure smooth day-to-day performance while escalating matters of concern to the SVP or the responsible MD. This role requires a strategic leader who has the knowledge and experience to anticipate client needs, understand the market environment, and identify new business opportunities. Senior-level client engagement and consultative skills are a prerequisite for success, as is working closely with Operations to ensure effective service delivery and talent development.
Base Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 (non-negotiable budgeted)
Location:Phoenix, AZ
Reports To: Sr. VP of AMS Legal Services
Travel: Approximately 10% (primarily between Phoenix and New York)
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 830AM - 530PM / 4 days a week onsite for the first 4-6 months then 3 days onsite per week
NOTE: requires meeting with 2nd and 3rd shift team members a couple of times a year
