Qualifications

• Experience in quota-carrying sales or other customer-facing commercial roles.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into a clear recommendation.
• Strong communication skills and comfort advising small business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with small business owners and administrators who have shown interest through the Justworks digital experience.
• Use customer signals to prioritize where your time can have the greatest impact.
• Quickly assess readiness, needs, urgency, and complexity to guide the buying journey.
• Provide focused discovery to get to the customer’s real question and move the process forward.
• Advise on payroll, benefits, HR, and compliance questions and help customers choose the right Justworks products.
