Justworks is seeking a Digital Sales Advisor to engage with small business owners already engaging with Justworks digitally and guide them toward the right Justworks solutions, navigating Self-Service or a seamless handoff to Managed Sales as needed.

You will be consultative, move opportunities forward, explain pricing, handle objections, and collaborate with teams to optimize the digital buying journey. This Phoenix-area role emphasizes in-person collaboration and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying sales experience and ability to translate customer needs into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable advising small business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM systems and using AI/automation to streamline workflows.
