Caliber Paving is expanding into the Phoenix market and seeking a driven, construction-savvy Sales Executive to help build our presence from the ground up. This role focuses on asphalt paving, including estimating and collaborating with operations to launch projects.

You will walk jobsites, develop relationships with stakeholders, and drive profitable work across paving, patching, milling, grading, and related services. This is a high-impact startup-like opportunity in a growing market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling asphalt paving work.
• Background in paving, heavy civil, or sitework.
• Ability to walk jobs, assess conditions, and build accurate estimates.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a build-mode environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business in the Phoenix market.
• Prospect and develop relationships with property managers, GCs, HOAs, municipalities, and private owners.
• Perform job walks, assess site conditions, and define project scope.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals (OneCrew).
• Secure profitable work across asphalt paving, patching, milling, grading, and related services.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent bid activity.
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and execution.
