Ideal candidates have proven experience selling asphalt paving work and a background in paving, heavy civil, or sitework.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling asphalt paving work.
• Background in paving, heavy civil, or sitework.
• Ability to walk jobs, assess conditions, and build accurate estimates.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a build-mode environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business in the Phoenix market.
• Prospect and develop relationships with property managers, general contractors, HOAs, municipalities, and private owners.
• Perform job walks, assess site conditions, and define project scope.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals (OneCrew).
• Secure profitable work across asphalt paving, patching, milling, grading, and related services.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent bid activity.
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth project handoffs and execution.
