Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a PHMS Engineering Supervisor to join the AEDC program at Arnold AFB, TN. You will lead an integrated PHMS team responsible for certifying and maintaining the mechanical integrity of pressure vessels and piping systems used in ground testing of air and space systems.

The role emphasizes directing PHMS staff, managing project workloads, applying ASME and API codes, and delivering thorough integrity assessments.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of mechanical or structural engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff to safely perform field work and engineering assessments.
• Manage daily PHMS operations and project assignments.
• Lead meetings and report progress to leadership.
• Supervise inspections of pressure vessels and piping systems and perform ASME code calculations.
• Provide consultation on code compliance for pressurized systems.
