Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a PHMS Engineering Supervisor to join the Pressure and Hazardous Material Systems (PHMS) team at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. This role leads an integrated team responsible for certifying and maintaining the mechanical integrity of pressure vessels and piping systems, directly supporting AEDC operations.

The position requires supervising field work, performing ASME/B31 calculations and Fitness for Service assessments, and ensuring

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years mechanical/structural engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with pressure vessels and piping systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff and oversee field work and engineering assessments.
• Manage daily operations and project assignments.
• Ensure code compliance for ASME and API standards.
• Review technical reports and provide findings.
• Support continuous improvement and personnel development.
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders.
