Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights; 60-inch minimum height to operate vehicles.
• Basic computer skills are required; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interact with donors to explain the impact of donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors.
• Ensure blood collected meets goals, regulatory requirements and can be transfused.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setup/teardown at sites.
