Job summary

Natera is seeking a dedicated Test Coordinator for our Indianapolis clinic to ensure seamless blood collection and testing. You will schedule venipunctures, prepare specimens, and manage paperwork for compliance while collaborating with sales and operations to support timely reporting of results.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years phlebotomy and oncology experience, a BS/BA (preferred) or HS diploma, and state phlebotomy certification. The role is clinic-based with rigorous quality standards.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience of 5–7 years, oncology experience required.
• BS/BA degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Phlebotomy certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision and care.
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions, cross-check EMR records.
• Maintain specimen integrity following aseptic techniques and protocols.
• Accurately track collected specimens with logs and dates.
• Coordinate patient care services to ensure efficient testing workflows.
• Liaise with Field Sales and internal teams to support patients.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues with clear root-cause explanations.
