Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision and care.
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions, cross-reference EMR records.
• Maintain specimen integrity following aseptic techniques and protocols.
• Track collected specimens and document timing with daily logs.
• Coordinate patient care, scheduling, and align draw times with clinic needs.
• Act as liaison with Accounts and Sales, documenting interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with CAP/CLIA standards and regulatory requirements.
