Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record required.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy weights and stand long hours; ability to adapt to long, irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors to explain the impact of their donation.
• Create a welcoming environment for volunteer donors.
• Maintain detailed accuracy to ensure the blood collected meets safety standards.
• May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setting up/tearing down equipment at donation sites.
