Actalent is seeking on-site Phlebotomists for the Charlotte area. The role focuses on phlebotomy duties, specimen handling, labeling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced lab environment.

Requirements include a valid phlebotomy certification and at least 6 months of venipuncture experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a fully onsite contract position in Charlotte, NC with comprehensive benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification required where employed.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in blood draws and label specimens per procedures.
• Centrifuge, store, and transport specimens as ordered.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA/DEP regulations and participate in trainings.
• Record maintenance data and update patient information as needed.
