Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist based in Statesville, NC. This onsite contract role requires traveling to multiple Patient Service Centers with a 5-month duration. You will collect blood samples, ensure proper labeling, and maintain patient confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 1–3 years phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma. Certification is preferred; driving and reliable transportation are a plus. Overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in some states).
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients following established procedures.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Verify patient demographics and label tubes correctly.
• Maintain records and ensure a safe, professional environment.
• Work across locations with minimal notice as needed.
