Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a contract position in Huntersville, NC. The role involves phlebotomy duties with responsibilities across patient service centers and in-office locations, requiring travel and flexibility to cover multiple sites.

The candidate should have 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and readiness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with possible on-call coverage. Certification is preferred and required in select states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred and required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients following established procedures.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing with accuracy and safety.
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Ensure a safe, professional environment and assist with patient care as needed.
• Travel to multiple locations to cover Patient Service Center / In-Office Phlebotomy locations.
