Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred, phlebotomy certification preferred in some locations.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in CA, NV and WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen processing according to procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling before/after venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients and staff.
