The role requires phlebotomy knowledge or training, strong customer service, and meticulous attention to detail. The schedule is listed as Monday–Thursday 8:00–5:00 and Friday 8:00–1:00, with up to 39 hours per week.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program or 3+ years blood collection experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification as per state requirements where applicable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Collect biological specimens at client sites for laboratory testing.
• Maintain integrity of collection process and records for reporting purposes.
• Obtain initial insurance verification for billing purposes.
• Package specimens for shipment and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
• Follow SOPs for sample collection and Chain of Custody.
• Utilize ELR “FLUID” for sample submissions and answer policy questions.
• Provide leadership and participate in process improvements as needed.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance and manage supplies/budget with supervisors.
• Communicate with Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager as required.
