Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on quality and confidentiality.
• Healthcare/medical field experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Positive attitude in patient interactions and professional conduct.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens at client sites and maintain chain of custody.
• Maintain records for reporting purposes and HIPAA training.
• Verify insurance information for billing purposes.
• Package specimens for shipment and ensure proper labeling.
• Answer questions regarding Aegis policies.
• Order supplies and assist with budget with RSM/ASM as needed.
• Communicate with Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager.
