Aegis Sciences Corporation is seeking a Specimen Collector - Phlebotomy in Maryland. This role collects biological specimens at client sites, maintains chain of custody, and ensures accurate labeling and packaging for shipment.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch, up to 37.5 hours weekly. The successful candidate will have phlebotomy training or 3 years blood collection experience, strong customer service, and strict confidentiality.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy training or 3 years blood collection experience.
• Must meet state requirements for phlebotomy certification where required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Collect biological specimens at client sites and ensure chain of custody.
• Maintain accurate records for reporting and billing verification.
• Communicate with clients and management to support objectives.
• Use ELR FLUID for sample submissions and ensure proper labeling.
• Adhere to PPE and safety requirements and manage supplies.
