Job summary

The Aegis Sciences Corporation is seeking a Specimen Collector I in Dublin, OH. You will collect biological specimens at client sites for scientific testing, ensuring chain of custody, labeling, and proper packaging for shipment.

Strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service is required. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, up to 34 hours per week, with training and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Able to type at least 40 words per minute and operate basic software.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites for testing.
• Maintain integrity of collection process and Chain of Custody.
• Prepare and package specimens for shipment and ensure proper labeling.
• Record keeping for reporting and insurance verification for billing.
• Maintain PPE and adhere to safety procedures; follow SOPs.
