Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training or 3 years of blood collection experience.
• Must meet state requirements for phlebotomy certification where required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites for testing.
• Maintain chain of custody and ensure proper labeling/sealing of samples.
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing-related data as needed.
• Follow SOPs for sample collection and safety procedures.
• Communicate with clients and teammates to coordinate collections and timelines.
