Job Juncture is seeking a phlebotomist to support routine blood collection and specimen handling in Greer, SC. This contract role runs for approximately 3 months with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities include performing venipunctures, labeling and processing specimens, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates must have 1+ year of diagnostic phlebotomy experience, a valid state phlebotomy certification where required, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws (venipuncture) and collect specimens.
• Label, centrifuge, and handle specimens according to protocol.
• Record maintenance data and decontaminate as required.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Ensure specimens are stored and transported per procedures.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and participate in trainings.
