Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to support the Laboratory team at multiple FMC locations. The role involves phlebotomy, specimen processing, and clerical duties with minimal supervision.

The position requires high school diploma, phlebotomy certification, CPR, and strong communication skills. Expect a Monday–Friday 7am–4pm schedule with travel to Land O’ Lakes and surrounding FMC sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing with accuracy.
• Handle patient registration and front-office tasks as needed.
• Assist with laboratory operations and clerical duties as required.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and timely reporting of results.
• Travel between FMC locations as needed.
