Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory team. The position handles phlebotomy, specimen processing, and clerical duties with independence and professional standards.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule (7am–4pm) at our Land O’ Lakes location, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. Strong patient interaction and accurate lab work are essential to patient care.

Competenze

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills for pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Phlebotomy certification within six months of hire.
• CPR Certification required.

Mansioni

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Assist with clerical duties in the laboratory.
