Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt biological specimens, enter data into the LIS, and prepare samples for analysis.
• Verify patient demographics, tests requested, and specimen integrity for processing and billing.
• Maintain accuracy, document workflows, and support quality/compliance requirements.
• Assist with departmental cost-control, supplies, and basic billing concepts.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external customers and work across locations as needed.
