Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance coverage eligibility.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations and cover mobile phlebotomy facilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens.
• Enter specimens into the computer system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing.
• Distribute specimens to the appropriate analytical area.
• Perform pre- and post-analytical testing tasks as assigned.
• Follow the Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
