Job summary

Laboratory Sciences of Arizona seeks a Phlebotomist to collect and process specimens across hospital, PSC, in-office, and mobile locations. You will enter demographics, label samples, and ensure accurate patient identification while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

The role requires phlebotomy training or experience, state certification, and flexibility to cover multiple sites with travel as needed. Bilingual abilities are preferred and DHS fingerprinting may be required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience is required.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license where employed and be eligible for company coverage.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Ability to obtain DHS Fingerprinting Certification.
• Float positions may require travel to multiple locations with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens.

• Label, aliquot, and prepare samples for testing.
