Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Experience in phlebotomy in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples and correctly identify patients.
• Transport specimens and handle related clerical/computer tasks (lab orders, schedules, QC).
• Register, order, collect, label, process and distribute specimens for laboratory testing.
• Perform data entry and act as central laboratory contact for requests.
