Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotational weekends, and offers a pay range starting at $25.84 per hour.

The person will lead patient service activities across PSC/IOP locations and mentor staff. The position includes extensive responsibilities, from specimen collection to data entry, scheduling, and coordination with multiple departments.

Qualificações

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends and travel.

Responsabilidades

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Lead and mentor staff in PSC/IOP settings and provide onboarding.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure correct labeling of tubes.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and prepare schedules.
• Travel to Territory Manager meetings and support special projects.
