Quest Diagnostics Nashville is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead to oversee daily patient service operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The role requires leading on-site staff across PSC/IOP locations, coaching new employees, and ensuring timely, accurate specimen collection.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel as needed within the territory; Monday–Friday schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Experience with data entry and patient registration processes.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens following established procedures.
• Lead PSC/IOP operations and mentor staff.
• Verify orders and ensure accuracy of patient demographics.
• Enter billing information and handle payments when required.
• Maintain logs and prepare monthly statistics.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
