Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training preferred in lieu of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Cover sites to perform phlebotomy duties across Patient Service Centers & client sites.
• Supervise a team of phlebotomists and provide ongoing training.
• Monitor patient flow, wait times, and site operations; report findings to supervisor.
